besides the excellent cuisine that follows the natural cycle of the seasons, the relais hotel can accomodate its guests in wonderful suites equipped with wide-open windows from which you can admire the Alpine mountain chain, from Monviso to Monte Rosa, allowing you to be surrounded by this magical atmosphere also during the night.

Fausto and Rosella bought a nineteenth-century farm house in Cavatore, which used to be a peasantry house and a cattleshed. The couple brought it back to life and restored all the spaces abiding by the original stucture with contemporary design blended with elements of the past.
The little Borgo overlooks the hills of the Monferrato area at 500 mt of altitude, from where you can enjoy breath-taking views.

Fausto married Rosella.
Their first cradle was the old Trattoria “Diana”, located amongst the glens of Ponzone, initially managed by Rosella’s parents.
This corner of fine cooking caught the attention of Giacomo Bologna, a well-known wine-maker who suggested to Fausto: “Offer only quality, always.”
